Il est \u00e9labor\u00e9 par la Commune.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s son \u00e9laboration, le PLU peut \u00e9ventuellement \u00eatre r\u00e9vis\u00e9 ou modifi\u00e9, le PLU a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ancien plan d\u2019occupation des sols (POS) ou encore l\u2019ancienne Carte Communale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element tabindex=\"0\">LE PLU COMPREND<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2021\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2021\"><ul><li>Un <strong>rapport de pr\u00e9sentation<\/strong>, qui explique les choix effectu\u00e9s pour mod\u00e9rer la consommation de l\u2019espace et lutter contre l\u2019\u00e9talement urbain, en s\u2019appuyant sur un diagnostic territorial et une analyse de la consommation d\u2019espaces naturels, agricoles et forestiers.<\/li><li>Un <strong>projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de d\u00e9veloppement durable (PADD) <\/strong>qui fixe des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s de mod\u00e9ration de la consommation de l\u2019espace et de lutte contre l\u2019\u00e9talement urbain.<\/li><li>Le<strong> zonage, le r\u00e8glement, les orientations d\u2019am\u00e9nagement<\/strong>, et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019ensemble des autres pi\u00e8ces du dossier, doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tablies en coh\u00e9rence avec celui\u2011ci.<\/li><li>Des <strong>orientations d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de programmation (OAP)<\/strong> qui comprennent des dispositions portant sur l\u2019am\u00e9nagement, l\u2019habitat, les transports et les d\u00e9placements des zones \u00e0 urbaniser.<\/li><li>Un <strong>r\u00e8glement <\/strong>qui d\u00e9limite les zones urbaines (U), les zones \u00e0 urbaniser (AU), les zones agricoles (A) et les zones naturelles et foresti\u00e8res (N), et fixe les r\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d\u2019urbanisation.<\/li><li>Des <strong>annexes <\/strong>(servitudes d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique, liste des lotissements, sch\u00e9mas des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019eau et d\u2019assainissement, ZAC\u2026).<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2022\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\"
